How long does an Exterior Detailing appointment take?
Most exterior details take between 2–3 hours depending on the size and condition of your vehicle. We’ll give you a more accurate estimate once we know your vehicle type and see a few photos, if needed.
Do you need access to water or power?
For mobile appointments, we typically need access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard power outlet within about 100 feet of where we’re working. If that’s not available, let us know—depending on your location, we may be able to host you at our shop instead.
Will this remove scratches and swirl marks?
The Exterior Detailing package focuses on cleaning, decontaminating, and protecting your paint. Light swirls may look less noticeable once the paint is properly cleaned and sealed, but deeper correction requires a polish or paint enhancement add-on, which we can recommend after seeing your vehicle.
How often should I get exterior detailing?
We generally recommend a full exterior detail every 3-4 months, depending on how and where you drive. Lighter maintenance washes in between will help keep your car looking freshly detailed longer. However, if you usually drive in harsh conditions or park outside, you may benefit from more frequent detailing.
Do you work in the rain or extreme weather?
Weather can impact mobile appointments. If conditions aren’t safe or would affect the results (heavy rain, sub-freezing temps, extreme heat), we’ll work with you to reschedule.
